The stack included Capsule for customer records, Knack for business data, Enchant for support, Gusto for payroll, Wistia for video, Zapier for automation, and Brevo for email. Replacing one tool could affect work elsewhere.
The work with CBC's development team combines subscription cleanup, self-hosted automation and custom software already being developed.
What has changed
Project records document workflows running on shared server infrastructure. A September production update connected application information to CBC's custom Django system.
The unused subscription was cancelled in September. Final billing still applies before the saving can be counted.

How the savings will be measured
A cancelled subscription is only part of the calculation. Replacement hosting, paid services and ongoing care need to be included, along with one-time migration costs.
Current invoices and cutover status are still being reconciled, so no total saving is published here. CBC's whole stack has not moved to a VPS.
