The information in an enquiry
The intake asks for your name, email, business, the recurring problem, and current tools. You can also share a repository link and how you heard about OpenSauce. Please leave out passwords, access tokens, private customer records, and other sensitive material.
How it's used
Ian uses this information to reply, assess whether the service fits, and keep track of conversations and next steps. Form responses are stored in OpenSauce's project within the existing self-hosted Formbricks installation. Relevant contact and opportunity details are recorded in a private OpenSauce document hosted by Coda. Email correspondence is handled through Hostinger and Gmail.
Permission to respond to your enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. It does not authorize call recording or AI processing of customer material.
Recording and AI
Before recording a call or processing your customer material with AI, Ian will ask for separate consent. If you decline, discovery can use agreed notes, and customer material will be kept out of AI tools.
Access, correction, and deletion
Enquiries are used for the assessment relationship and follow-up. You can ask Ian to explain what information is held, correct it, or delete it. If information must be retained for an existing service or transaction, Ian will explain that when responding to your request.
The cost calculator
Your selections and imported comparisons are processed in your browser. The calculator does not connect to your accounts or automatically upload your answers. Exporting creates a file on your device. You can review an editable summary and choose to include it in a fit-check booking. Opening that link sends the summary to Cal.com in the URL, which can appear in browser history and service logs. Completing the booking shares it with OpenSauce. You can also book without the summary. Choose what to share with Ian, and leave out passwords and private customer records.
This website
This static website has no advertising or analytics scripts and sets no application cookies. The hosting service may retain ordinary request logs. Opening the intake form or emailing Ian uses those services and their necessary functionality.
This notice describes the enquiry process. Any implementation proposal will separately explain the handling of your software accounts and business data.
