ASSESSMENT GUIDE

HubSpot and Twenty: start with the sales workflow

Twenty is a candidate for contacts, companies, opportunities and sales activity. The useful question is which HubSpot jobs your team actually depends on, including everything outside the deal pipeline.

When to explore it

Your main needs are relationship records, follow-ups and a pipeline, and you can name the required integrations and reports. A small workflow inventory makes it easier to identify what can move and what should stay.

When keeping the current tool may make sense

Keep HubSpot capabilities that remain essential until a replacement has passed real workflow checks. Marketing automation, service tools, attribution and reporting can make a partial move more sensible than cancelling everything.

Costs that belong in the comparison

Use the actual HubSpot products, seats, contact tiers and contract terms as the current baseline. Then include Twenty hosting, applicable enterprise features, email/calendar integration, data cleanup, backups and support. A lower CRM license bill is not the full comparison.

What to verify before a move

Does Twenty replace every HubSpot product?

No. This mapping concerns sales records and relationship workflows. Other HubSpot functions require separate assessment.
